2011 - 2012 Payment Schedule

Session 1: (Due upon registration)
September 6th - October 1st

Session 2: (Due September 25th)
October 3rd - October 29th

Session 3: (Due October 25th)
October 31st - November 26th
(GTA closed 11/24-11/26 for Thanksgiving holiday. Make-ups are built into the schedule, and will be
held in February.)

Session 4: (Due November 25th)
November 28th - December 24th
(GTA closed 12/24 for Christmas Eve. Saturday voice lesson make-ups will be scheduled individually.)

*Session 5: (Due December 25th)
 January 2nd - January 28th (this is the payment that is most often overlooked. Please be sure to bring
your payment to your last class or lesson prior to Holiday vacation!)

Session 6: (Due January 25th)
January 30th - March 3rd
(GTA closed Monday 2/20, Tuesday 2/21, and Wednesday 2/22 for Winter Break. Regular classes and
lessons will be held Thursday - Saturday of that week, and act as make-ups for Thanksgiving break.)

Session 7: (Due February 25th)
March 5th - March 31st

Session 8: (Due March 25th)
April 2nd - May 5th
(GTA closed April 7th & 8th for Good Friday and Holy Saturday - Friday and Saturday voice lesson
make-ups will be scheduled individually.)
(GTA closed April 9th - April 14th for Spring Break. This week is not included in your session payment.)

Session 9: (Due April 25th)
May 7th - May 19th
(This payment includes 2 weeks of lessons, plus the extra Variety Show rehearsals on 5/11, 5/12, 5/18 and 5/19. )

Session 10: (Due May 25th)
 May 21st - June 16th
