Important Information For Students & Parents:
All students should be AT THE CHURCH and READY TO GO at least 15-minutes prior to the start-time of their set. Performers of each set will sit in a specific area of the hall.

Each student should have a copy of their music, in a binder. (accompanists will have copies in their binder, but each student should bring his/her own music, as a back-up.) We also suggest that each student bring a water bottle, MARKED WITH HIS/HER NAME, to put under his/her chair.

Please dress nicely, in something that you are comfortable singing in. Girls, be sure hair is away from your face and neat. Make-up and hair-style is at the discretion of the performer. Remember, it IS a performance, so you’ll want to look your best. Be sure to discuss clothing options with your voice teacher!

Parents and audience members:
We ask that you do not arrive/depart in the middle of a set. Please be courteous of all performers! Video taping and non-flash photography is permitted, but all media must be recorded from the rear of the hall, as to not disturb performers or other members of the audience. Flash-photography is STRICTLY PROHIBITED, as it can be a danger and distraction to the performers.
